Apart from her expertise in inbound and domestic transactions, she advises Indian companies on their foreign investments and acquisitions and has successfully managed multiple investment projects by Indian acquirers in overseas jurisdictions.
Vishruta also regularly advises clients on various legal issues such as corporate governance, policy matters, compliance, exchange control and other government regulations.
